M-J Day
Like most of our DJs, M-J first started attending Fat Poppadaddys as a young lad. Awed by the curveball selections and quick-fire mixing, a desire to join the ranks was developed. Years spent listening to classic funk, motown and old skool hip hop meant he was up to speed on what we call the Classic FP Sound. He joined us as a promotor but quickly proved that he was more than a little capable behind the decks… so not only was he promoting nights but was also rocking those beats on the same night! He’s also started up Let’s Kill Disco and DJs regularly at Fat Poppadaddys, Secret Discotheque and LKD events up and down the south coast.
